All great businesses need inspiring and ambitious leaders - ones who continually improve at every level. In the north west these leaders are helping to drive the regional economy, productivity and innovation, making businesses sustainable and creating a better north west. In return, to make our leading entrepreneurs even greater, grants of £500 are now available for top up management and leadership training.
Through this funding, as a business leader, you can help improve your productivity and competitiveness by ensuring you and your staff have the right skills to do the best job. Look at any business challenges you may have faced recently – could these have been avoided if they had been handled differently?
Apply for the free funding today and get access to a dedicated training consultant, who will visit at a convenient time to assess the best training for you, whether this is coaching, one-to-one mentoring or a course leading to a recognised qualification. Having assessed your requirements, the consultant will agree a personal Leadership Development Plan – this will enhance your professional skills and overall have a positive impact on your business.
The £500 free training grant can be further enhanced to help you gain even more benefits from the professional training. If your own business contributes a further £500, this will be matched pound-for-pound by a further grant, giving a potential total of £1,500 training budget.
With training provided by Warrington based Centre for Assessment & Recognition NW, the funding is provided by the Learning Skills Council in conjunction with the North West Development Agency.
