- Read and familiarise yourself with the Customer Service Excellence standard [download: PDF (584KB)]. Get together with your colleagues to plan how you could use the standard and discuss with them how to take this forward.
- Register and use the Cabinet Office free online self-assessment tool to evaluate your organisation against the standard; identifying areas and methods for improvement as you work through it.
