Starting the journey to become an Investor in People recognised organisation does not have to be difficult; there is help available every step of the way.
We have a wealth of experience in working with organisations of all sectors and sizes and rely heavily on our highly qualified team of Assessors and Advisers to provide you with whatever support you may need to help you achieve your IIP recognition status.
Every organisation has different needs and we aim to offer a number of options to help you get started and to work with you along the way, so please choose the one that suits you best.
Here are some options below:
Do you want to meet with others who are starting out on the journey?
Attend one of our free places on an Awareness Raising Workshop, where you can find out what you need to do from commitment stage to understanding the process and evidence you need.
You also get to meet other organisations, so a chance to network and exchange views, ideas and allay any fears or apprehension you may have.

Do you want to have a look at some tools and self-help methods online?
Click here to take you to the Investors in People interactive website, were you can register and have a look around the sites, do some self-evaluation, find some tools and templates to help you get started – Oh and don’t worry, if you are finding it difficult to complete any tasks, then we get alerted and will give you a call to see if we can help
Do you want to have a diagnostic to let you know where you are against the requirements of the standard?
You can have an early diagnostic now, so you can gauge where you are in relation to the standard, and get help and support to develop an action plan, so that you can concentrate on the development areas and have a more realistic time frame for what you need to do to work towards your first assessment date.
Or, the diagnostic may reveal that you are meeting the evidence requirements of the standard already and if so, this can be converted into an assessment, which will then save you time and money and could result in you being recommended to be recognised as an Investor in People organisation.
So if this is the route for you call the Investors in People team on 01925 256650 to register your intent to have an early diagnostic and you will be allocated an Assessor who will work with you to plan for this and explain the process, costs and what you need to do.
Still not quite sure what you want to do?
Look at our success stories where real organisations who have been on the IIP journey for the first time have said how it worked for them, and also some of our longer recognised organisations, who still keep coming back to be accredited as part of continual development, have a look don’t just take our word for it, see what they have to say ……………………..
