As an introduction to NLP, we are pleased to be able to offer a ‘Buy One Get One Free’ on all of our taster sessions – Managing Change Using NLP

Purpose: Do our leaders and managers really have the skills, knowledge and attitudes to lead and manage people effectively? This one- day workshop aims to grow the change management capacity of leaders such that they consider themselves even more appropriately equipped to operate in the current and expected future climate. By using NLP Techniques this session will assist leaders in facilitating change by: setting clearer goals; improving their communication skills; building and developing key relationships; avoiding or dealing with confrontation; and, perhaps even more fundamentally, increasing their confidence to act.
