The framework, and your forthcoming review, can also be used in many creative and flexible ways to maximise the value your school/college gets from it.

The workshop aims to:

· Introduce people to the Investors in People Framework and the flexible ways you can use your review to get the most you can from your investment.

· Provide delegates with the opportunity to explore, reflect on and use this knowledge to actually plan their forthcoming review

As a result of attending this workshop, delegates should:

· understand how to make best use of the review and the framework

· understand what the framework is and how it can be used flexibly to challenge already good schools and colleges to improve still further

· have had opportunities to reflect on possible areas where the assessor can add value to your existing knowledge and practice through focused interviewing

· leave with a draft outline plan for their forthcoming review

· leave with a copy of the framework

· have had opportunities to raise questions and queries, and reflect on what your school/college wants from its forthcoming review.
